Whatever I'm working on I get obsessed and tend to follow a single track. I'm sort of retired now, and some people have wondered how I could switch to writing a novel after my last career - writing logic intensive software. For me, both are creative, both start with a series of blank pages, and both are stimulated with music to spawn ideas and blank out the world.

Moving swiftly on from first half of my life, apart from creative writing, the second half has included: Commercially unsuccessful artist; self-taught software analyst/programmer (30+ years); ARM Processor programmer; 3D designer and programmer; pilot; scuba diver and dingy sailor.

 

Currently focussed on coding AI - but for engineering or research, not plagierising text, videos or artwork.
